AIBU?

Posting for traffic - AIBU to ask if you know of any central London venues with private rooms with a screen/projector?

Hope you don’t mind me posting for traffic and consulting you all - would be really keen to see if anyone has any ideas for how to help, please!

I run some meet-ups with a colleague and have just heard that the regular venue we use (in London) is closing down :/

We meet around 3 times a month in central London, and each meet-up has around 10 to 20 people attending.

I’m looking for a new venue we can use in central London with a private room, with a projector and screen available, so we can show films and TV shows to everyone attending without disturbing everyone else at the venue.

We would, of course, all buy food and drink at the venue, if it’s served, while we’re there.

Does anyone have any ideas about places we could use, please?

Anything like central London cafes, restaurants and arts centres, if they have a large-ish private room available with a projector and a screen, would be perfect! We’d use the venue around 3 evenings a month.

Please do pass on this request if you know of anyone that could help too!

Thanks!

Most hotels would have conference rooms that would suit your needs.

There are loads of business type venues that might also be suitable. We used Etc. Venues right by Paddington station which was very nice a few years ago, amongst others. Depends what you want to pay really!

Not super central but 10-14 minutes away from Liverpool Street, Genesis Cinema is a lovely little cinema with friendly staff. They have nice coffee and pastries as well!
