This is late for me! Usually we're up about 5. after feeding for a few hours on and off throughout, you understand...

I had a lay in (well lay in to me till 7.30) as dh actually got up with the dd's (they both fell asleep by 6pm so were up by 5.45!) he even dressed them (had left clothes last night which made it easy for him) fed dd2 bottle/breakfast and did dd1 cereal and toast although with chocolate spread as she told him thats what Mummy does) and washed up (now I am wondering what he wants?????)

hi , my 2 and a half year old has decided that 3.30 am is a good time to wake up at the moment , been awake since then , at 4 am sat for an hour besides her bed , and if I moved she screamed . at 5 am I had enough and went out the room , so she scremed so hysterically it woke my other 3 up......
I feel exhausted and need a supernanny.....

I'm sure Monkey World will more than make up for it.

Oh no poor dd1, we will have to try make up for it next weekend

It was utterly pants, DD1 got bored and upset. She cried at a bit where Shrek was shouting and asked to come home so we missed the end.

And after your night out to, Mug. Did you enjoy Shrek?

DD2 was a complete git last night, up between 2 and 4am, then up for milk at 4:45, and never went back to sleep.
As this is quite unusual I am really pissed off. Was DH's turn to get up, but "He's been up all night cos she was screaming!!"

Really, I slept all the way thru it

I am off to clean the kitchen, after Dp's pizza dough making last night!
If I open the tea shop I will get nothing done this morning!

DS woke me up at 6am, managed to keep him in bed relatively quietly for half an hour, but then gave up and he is now sat in front of cbeebies [yawn] like KK I ususally refuse to get up before 7am with him, and it used to work fine, he would lie in his cot and happily amuse himself, he is now in a single bed has been for the last 3 weeks so knows he can get out... going out to get a stairgate today

I could do with another coffee...

I wonder f its too early to open the Tea Shop?

Yes, I'm OK. It's nothing major - just lots of little things building up to make me feel very stressed! DH is due home today (he works abroad a lot) so maybe he can calm me down! The kids are up now so I'd better organise breakfast.

kkd - i love the early morning smell, by the sea, the salty air. DP just got up, phoned work, went back to bed .

Would go for walk now, but heavens just opened .maybe i should locate thermos and go anyway, for a 'sit' lol.

I'm just worried about lots of things so it's all going round in my head. Just sitting quietly waiting for everyone else to wake up.

We too are watching Balamory! Thank goodness for Cbeebies. I feel guilty for putting the tv on, but when ds gets up at 5am I need caffeine before anything else.
