AIBU to be fussing over this? I don't know whether the decision is obvious.
I'll be renting in Sept (Ipswich). I don't have much experience of renting. (University provided spacious accommodation (en-suites and fridges) with shared kitchens.)
I have two options
Option one is to rent an en-suite room in an apartment/house with a single (active) pensioner (70).
Option two is to rent an en-suite room in a house-share with 6-8 other 20/30 somethings.
Both the pensioner and the house share people seemed agreeable though I can't imagine being best friends with either.
I currently live with m&d - I have no issues with this like others would.
