for some peace and quiet?

3 days of the exclusive company of children... obviously I love them both dearly, but man... I need some quiet. I think my ears might actually be bleeding.

I'm back at work today Grin Never thought I'd be so glad to get to my peaceful office....

Back off again for the rest of the week after today though - but we have days out planned, so hopefully there'll be enough to do to stop the endless chatter....

YANBU. My DS always gets verbal dioherrea (sp?) when I'm in the loo, shower, cooking dinner and driving. But when I have time for the endless chatter he goes off to his room and plays alone. Hmm

Wouldn't mind so much if he actually listened to the answers to the endless questions. Grin

I know how you feel. DS1 decided he would come to the car boot with me today. Blimey I hadn't noticed how much he talks. It is non-stop and such drivel... I suppose it usually gets a bit diluted when the other two and DH are around so I don't notice it so much. In the end I told him unless he was quiet I wouldn't take him with me again!

So he did try to stop but then kept bumping into me/tripping me up as he was walking so close to me!
