Could my eczema be hayfever?

Just wondering if anyone has hayfever that comes out as eczema?
I've had eczema on my face for 2-3 weeks now and it is driving me crazy and making me really down. Whilst it doesn't look terrible, my skin is burning and itching all the time even the air makes it burn.

I've tried everything obvious - cut out all cosmetics and makeup, all medication (just take multivitamins and the pill) changed washing stuff and bedding, switched cows milk for soya, I'm already gluten free, avoiding tomatoes, peppers, spicy foods, sugary foods. Using kids toothpaste! Literally anything that could be a trigger! Ive had milk eczema flare ups before but can always get on top of it by cutting back cosmetics and using a simple moisturiser for a few days.

It's making round my mouth and jaw line as well as eyes and my eyes are very puffy. The only thing that provides temporary relief is piriton. Go prescribed hydrocortisone but hasn't helped.

Given piriton provides relief in wondering if it could be hayfever. The last 2 summers I've had a period of taking antihismanes due to chronic sinusitis which seems to go in winter. So now I'm wondering if it's actually hayfever and this year it's coming out as eczema, is that possible? No sinus issues since last summer!

Any hayfever expert opinions welcome!

Sorry, posted too soon, so if it is an allergy causing your exzema that would explain why antihistamines are working.

I get both, but not usually together, and I think they can be caused by the same allergen.
