What next AAT, CIMA or Masters?

If you had a Business degree, and level 3 AAT, and no idea what to do with your life would you do:
a) level 4 AAT
b) CIMA
c) MA in Human Resource Management

Currently work in an accountancy related field, in practice, but have also worked in finance related roles in industry, and currently do a lot of HR ish work (mainly advising on statutory rights relating to employment rather than actual HRM)

Orr something else??
