What are the chances that they will go ahead anyway?? I'm likely to be bleeding pretty heavily. Absolutely gutted, this is being done to remove my coil and I've waited 9 months for the appointment 😔

All went ahead and was very straightforward. Bleeding was no issue at all.

It's just the fact that they're using a camera which makes me think the blood might be a problem.

Well I'm here now so we'll see! The bleeding isn't too heavy so...🤞🤞

I think it’s very likely to still go ahead. I think they would only not do it if they were specifically looking for something that affected you between periods.

They’ll most likely still do it. Mine went ahead, I was just told to use sanitary pads not tampons that morning and the nurse told me to be prepared for the possibility of worse period cramps. They did come but ibuprofen took the edge off and I survived.
Good luck Flowers

Yes they’ll still do it, won’t matter to them in the slightest.

Oh that sounds hopeful! I'm thinking that my cervix will be more open too so that might be a plus....

I had a hysteroscopy a couple of weeks ago and was told that it would go ahead despite any bleeding. It wasn't to have a coil removed though.
