I think more of particular programmes -
Fawlty Towers (but it was the whole cast, not just John Cleese), or

Only Fools and Horses - again, the cast, the script all coming together.

Morcombe and Wise for sheer consistency over so many years.

The Detectives - again, the script and cast combined.

In terms of 'stand up' - Billy Connelly back in the 80s. Jasper Carrot in his hey dey would both be good shouts.

After the Bros documentary, Matt Goss Grin

I’m still laughing now on and off at him

Oh, and all 4 of them on Not the Nine O'clock News - again though, sketches rather than a 'stand up routine'

Not tv and I probably wouldn’t bunk so now but the time I remember laughing the most was when I went to see Austin Powers the spy who shagged me.
We had managed to get into a 15, i was out with my friend from school and I remember sitting and laughing and thinking to myself ‘I’ve never been happier than in this moment’

I think it was when they blimp was going past and they keep cutting scenes so it appears they are saying euphemisms for penis Blush

What a saddo lol

Allan Carr live ( it was a warm up/practice for his major tour) so it was pretty informal a free for all. Absolutely fantastic I couldn’t speak for a week afterwards as my cheeks were so swollen and jaw was so sore from all the laughing. I love him.

Billy Connolly just has funny bones.

I also like Dave Allen, for those who remember him

Frankie Boyle used to make me cry with laughter on Mock The Week

But he goes to far and has said dreadful things about unfunny subjects for a cheap laugh.

I remember thinking I would die laughing at Trigger Happy TV but is old hat now

Taskmaster is the funniest thing I watch now
