What does Christmas mean to mums?

For most mothers, the best thing about Christmas is their children's enjoyment of the festive season.

We asked over 1300 Mumsnet users how they felt about Christmas - the joys and stresses, and who's involved in preparations. For most, the worst aspect was the expense and the majority also took on the lion's share of planning and jobs to prepare for the big day. Take a look at the full results of the survey, below.
