"Lovely family campsite, a little pricey.…"
I've stayed at this site a few times, always in a tent so can't comment on the (very pretty) gypsy style caravans. A little pricey, but not too bad considering the facilities offered. There is somewhere to wash up, a toilet block, showers, laundry facilities & a children's play area. Often there was a hot food van at breakfast time & evenings, lovely bacon sandwiches! Sadly no shop or it would have 5 stars - however we were able to buy/swap cool blocks at the site office, very handy. It's a short & pleasant walk into the village to buy supplies. It's also only about 10 minutes walk to Robin Hood's Bay across the fields (not buggy-friendly), or 20 minutes round via the road. There is a family field & one designated adults only, which is nice.
