DS has had a micro scooter since he was about 2. He bombs around on it and it's always really handy to get him to and from nursery quickly. As his confidence has grown, so has his speed. It's impossible to keep up with him so DH and I jumped at the chance to review the adult Micro-scooter range as we knew we'd love them.
We both have a fair walk to work from the train station so it's really handy for a commute as they save so much time. They also fold in half so you can fold it up and squeeze on the train! You'd be surprised how nippy you can be on one of these things. DH works on Sundays and always takes his scooter so he can get home quicker. We race DS to nursery and nip to the shops in record time. They're brilliant! The brake is great and we haven't had too many accidents (only when DS tries to cut us up) because the wheels are sturdy enough to deal with bad London pavements.
Scooters are great at weekends too when we can all go out to the park and have a laugh together. People always smile when they see us pass by in single file. It really is a lot of fun as well as being so handy and time saving. When family members visit they always jump on to give them a spin. We're off on a UK holiday in April and we're really looking forward to getting around on our scooters. Highly recommended!
