I don't know how we would have managed without this. We used it for DS from birth. It provided him with a cosy supportive bed which mimicked being in the womb. I used both this and a Moses basket when he wasn't in bed with me and he slept like a dream in this.
He's now 7 months old and is just starting to get too big for it. They say it can be used for longer if you get a bigger cushion. He has had all his daytime naps in it and has slept like a dream. The spring its suspended on ensures that it gently bounces/rocks them back to sleep if they stir or fidget. We put a hook into a wooden beam across the room and so he's been able to be downstairs with me where I can keep an eye on him, but at the same time safely out of reach of the dogs.
It looks really funky and has worked well in our living space. I will really miss it when I sell it on.
They are from Australia and expensive to buy new but I picked ours up on EBay second hand for £60 so it's worth setting an alert for them. The cushions are made from organic cotton and filled with wool which is great for regulating temperature and you can alter the angle of the cushion which helps with reflux.
I can't recommend it highly enough. Value for money score only 4 because I think they're very expensive new.
