"A warm, humorous and thought-provoking book about what makes us who we are.…"
Book Review: 'WHAT MAKES ME A ME?' by Ben Faulks & David Tazzyman.
A bright and cheery picture book from Ben Faulks, he of CBeebies ‘Mr Bloom’ fame. Published by Bloomsbury Children’s Books, we take a light-hearted look at what makes us both different and unique, all seen through the eyes of an inquisitive 5-year old boy. David Tazzyman's colourful illustrations perfectly complement the text by Ben Faulks. The rhyming prose is well-thought out, warm, humorous and poignant. This is great for a class book - reading this out aloud in Key Stage 1 will provide the impetus for lively discussions, with additional suggestions from pupils as to how special we all are. A wonderful book.
