This book provides a short intro to NLP. It is a quick read (only 86 pages) and helpful if you don't know much about NLP but feel like you could do with some help when thinking of going back to work after having had children. The help is mainly to do with changing negative thought processes/opinions of oneself to the positive ones which I think most people would find beneficial. It does include a number of exercises where you have to write things about yourself and tips how to change behaviour - it teaches that anything is possible and the only limitations we have are the ones we place there ourselves!
