Over 200 veggie recipes from Cranks, one of the original wholefood restaurants. There's an air of hairshirt about the whole thing, and Abensur's writing is very bossy at times (it's heavily implied that if you don't get a perfect result every time, it'll be because you just haven't tried hard enough). But there are some absolutely corking recipes that make it all worthwhile; I'd never have believed that turnips could taste that good. Worth the price if you're a veggie yourself or frequently have to cook for one.
