Where's your local beau-tea spot?
PG tips has launched a national search for the best places to enjoy an al fresco cuppa. Picnics at the seaside or at an idyllic country spot are a great way to spend time with family and friends but with the unpredictable British climate, particularly this summer, packing a flask of tea is a must!
Where would you most like to settle down on a blanket with a flask of tea, spending time getting back to nature? PG tips is calling for members of the public to share their own tips on the best natural locations for a cuppa in their region. Whether it’s a park, beach, rural spot or even a lay-by, you can recommend your favourite Beau-Tea Spot for everyone else’s enjoyment.
And even if the sun does make an appearance this summer, the nation’s favourite drink is still a great choice. Tea is second only to water as being the best drink to hydrate you, plus a cuppa revitalises you and is naturally refreshing.
What could be more British than afternoon tea, especially taken al fresco at one of the nation’s most beautiful locations? So what are you waiting for – grab your friends and family for a delicious spread of dainty sandwiches and scones and, of course, a flask of hot water and some PG Tips tea bags!
