A spooky little Halloween contest

Spooky Halloween

Kids love Halloween, and we know it can be a great time to have a bit of fun with them yourself. So allow us to present a spooky, fruit based idea to keep them entertained for a while this trickor- treat season.

Help them make their very own 'fruity freak' or 'veg-monster' out of fruit and veg. Make them as weird and wonderful as you can, and don't forget to give them a suitably scary name. Perhaps 'Terry Able' or 'Aaaaaaaaaalan'.

When you've finished your freak or monster, take a picture of it and send it to us. Every entry we get will be rewarded with a very special prize. We've made a very limited edition set of halloween number magnets, the perfect addition to all your alphabet ones – and they are only available through our special Halloween competitions this year.

So get making and send a picture of your spooky creation along with what it's called your Mumsnet username, name and address to innocentdrinks@mumsnet.com and we'll pop your set of glowing, limited edition magnets in the post.
