St Francis is an IAPS Independent Prep school for boys and girls aged 2-13 and is set in beautiful surroundings in the heart of the Pewsey Vale, six miles south of Marlborough. St Francis prides itself on being first and foremost a friendly, family school. Children make full use of the school’s 17 acres of grounds for sporting activities, Nursery woodland sessions and a variety of outdoor pursuits. The range of opportunities in academics, sport, music, art and design, drama and in extra-curricular clubs, allows pupils to identify and develop their talents and builds self-confidence across their whole educational experience. Academic results are excellent. St Francis is well known for preparing children for their next school, as well as inspiring and instilling pupils with skills for life. Pupils go on to Marlborough College, Dauntsey's and St John's, with some choosing boarding schools further afield. Frankie’s Farm at St Francis provides the perfect contrast to academic studies, pupils enjoy the school's chickens, ducks, pygmy goats and sheep. Visits to the school are welcome. Next Open Morning: Friday 3 March 2017 10.30am - 12.30pm.
