Our Pregnancy fitness classes are designed for women after your 12 week scan right up until babey arrives!
Classes run throughout the year (apart from school holidays) and are a circuit style exercise class which is a combination of aerobic type exercise moves, strengthening and toning movements, pelvic floor and core strengthening exercises, stretching and relaxation.
They're designed to maintain your fitness throughout your pregnancy, reduce maternal weight gain, ease aches and pains, strengthen key muscle groups to help in supporting your pelvis, keep you mobile and aid your health and wellbeing.
You can start anywhere in the 6 class block and continue as long as you like.
Great way to meet new mum to be friends too!
