Fun, structured, safe exercise classes for New Mums. Our Postnatal classes are progressive strengthening and fitness classes designed for new mums to safely guide you back into exercise and restoring your body and fitness effectively after childbirth.
Classes involve low impact strengthening exercises in a circuit style class,with plenty of pelvic floor and core strengthening exercises, aerobic type moves, toning, stretching and relaxation.
Babies can come too (pre walkers only).
Classes are for women who have recently had a baby to ease you back into exercise safely after childbirth and concentrate on restoring core and pelvic floor muscles, fitness levels, kick starting weight loss, overall strength and improving your health and wellbeing.
You can start anytime through the 6 class block and continue on the classes as long as you like or until baby becomes too mobile.
