Pregnancy Bliss, Yoga and Relaxation classes in Swindon on Tuesday nights at 7:15-8:30. A really friendly class where you can learn some great exercises for helping you through your pregnancy, how to relieve common ailments, and develop supportive techniques for childbirth. We always end with a peaceful and lovely relaxation and it is a great opportunity to meet and share your experiences with other mums to be. No previous yoga experience is needed, all equipment is provided and you can start from 14 weeks of pregnancy.
