A warm and friendly hatha yoga class, full of steadfast regulars and of course a few newies too! This class is suitable for all levels of ability and experience as I teach in a way that can easily be adapted to everyone's needs. There is always an alternative posture in yoga. The class will refresh and revive you with a dynamic physical practise, deep stretching, pranayama (yogic breathing exercises) and a relaxation to close the session.
