((BOUNCE)) is a group fitness class performed on mini trampolines, founded in the belief exercise doesn't have to be a chore. Our class features 40 minutes of dance-cardio jumping routines to burn calories fast, followed by 20 minutes of muscle toning, concentrating on triceps, abs, legs and glutes. With this format, we provide a full body workout and the high intensity intervals offer rapid weight loss. It's fun, friendly and fierce with one requirement: you can't jump without a smile!
There's oodles of scientific research on the benefits, but most notably NASA calls it “the most efficient and effective exercise yet devised by man” due to the extra gravitational force of the trampoline. Up to 3 times more effective than jogging, it's also a low impact workout that's gentle on the joints, making it a comfortable workout for those recovering from an injury, pregnant women or anyone struggling with weight. We welcome all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities, offering an inclusive and non-judgemental exercise environment where the most important thing is to have fun in fitness!
