Pregnancy is a great personal journey for any woman and is a time of mental and physical change. It can also be a challenging time, as adjustments need to be made as the body starts to change shape. A pregnancy yoga practice can help address some of these changes in a positive way.
In conjunction with our partners at Yoga Mama, we run several ongoing pregnancy yoga courses throughout the week.
Wednesday 6:45 – 7:45pm
Saturday: 10 – 11am
Pregnancy yoga course passes for 6 classes cost £90 and must be used within 8 weeks. Drop in places are subject to availability and cost £17 per session.
