Our Postnatal Pilates classes are run by Pilates-trained physiotherapist, Rachel Druce. It is ideal for women looking to regain fitness after pregnancy and childbirth.There is a strong focus on working the core muscles which are weakened during pregnancy.
WHO ARE THE CLASSES SUITED FOR?
These classes are suitable for women from six weeks after giving birth, or after their postpartum check-up. We strongly recommend against women participating in postnatal Pilates classes before this time.
In conjunction with our partners at Yoga Mama Wellness, we run Wednesday lunchtime Postnatal Pilates classes from 12 to 1pm.
These 7 week courses costs £105. Drop in places are subject to availability and cost £17 per session.
