A 45 minute drop-in class of fast moving, non-stop exercise on Wandsworth Common every Wednesday morning @ 8:45-9:30 am.
The class centres on high intensity plyometrics and calisthenics, which aims to provide you with increased fat-burning and improved core stability, strength and cardiovascular fitness.
You can drop in for £12 a session or you can include it as part of our £60 monthly fee for all Mixed Circuits classes.
Our Mixed Circuits Classes run on Tuesday’s, Thursday’s & Friday’s 9:30-10:30 am & 9:00-10:00 am on Saturday’s.
