Every Wednesday 6.45pm-8pm. This class is suitable for mums to be from 12 weeks to term and welcomes women of all levels, whether you’re completely new to yoga or a practiced yogi. The class will incorporate breath and movement sequences, aiming to relieve any discomfort brought on by pregnancy, whilst gently encouraging the opening of the pelvis with postures to birth your baby. We will also work through some very simple breathing techniques which can help you through the pregnancy, right through to the birth of your baby. Each class will end with a Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation giving you the opportunity to fully relax!
