Jumpnation in Walsall are now doing Fitness classes every Monday at 8pm. The class is run by a fully qualified fitness instructor and it is a class that you can enjoy without feeling the pressure of having to push yourself all the time. It is for all ages and any level of fitness. We have had some really good feedback about the way our instructor Rachel interacts with everyone and offers advice and support. The health and fitness benefits of trampolining has long been established. Trampolining is an “excellent exercise for those who have been sedentary and are starting an exercise programme1”. It has also been described as “the most efficient, effective form of exercise yet devised by man”.
Trampolines increase your muscles’ strength and fitness. This, along with an increase to your pulse rate brought about by jumping, means that oxygen is pumped around your body more efficiently, making you feel healthier and more alert. Plus it’s a great way to keep your weight down!
Added to this, the sheer fun of jumping up and down will make you smile, laugh, and feel really happy. It’s hard to feel blue when you’re jumping
