This is a pre natal pregnancy yoga class. You can reserve a place from 14 weeks of pregnancy up until full term. The class is held in a lovely modern studio space. I am a pre & post natal qualified yoga teacher and I tailor each class to help alleviate aches, pains , stress that you can experience as a result of your growing/changing body. We practice breathing & visualisation techniques that can help to prepare for labour & use in your everyday busy life whilst pregnant. The class is a great way to meet other pregnant ladies , share experiences & treat yourself to some me time.
