Start your Puddle Ducks journey even before your baby arrives! Our aquanatal classes are a fabulous activity for Mums-to-be to experience the perfect balance of relaxation, laughter and exercise.
The classes take a holistic approach to Mum's physical and mental well-being, combining relaxation with cardio-vascular exercises to help prepare the body for labour.
There's a science behind it too! Exercise and relaxation releases your body's 'happy hormones', endorphins, which surpress pain and help you and baby feel calm. This is not only helpful during pregnancy but also really important during and after labour.
You'll be in good hands as our teacher's antenatal swimming training is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives Trust.
We welcome small groups of ladies from 14 week's pregnant. We look forward to seeing you in the pool soon!
