Pregnancy Yoga sessions, run by a qualified British Wheel of Yoga pregnancy and lower back care specialist, to help support you emotionally and physically during your pregnancy.
Enjoy bonding with your baby while preparing for your baby's birth with specially adjusted yoga postures. All equipment provided including physio balls, belts, eyepillows, blocks, mats and blankets. Suitable for mums to be who are over 16 weeks pregnant.
Each class begins with a gentle warm up, followed by flowing yoga practises, stretches to relax your muscles and supported poses. Gentle strengthening will help you support your growing baby and invaluable breathing techniques for dealing with stress, insomnia, pain-relief and birth.
Enjoy meeting other mums to be, you can also relax in the cafe for a cuppa after the class if you wish.
