A combination of dynamic and static postures, including Vinyasa flow sequencing, Yin yoga postures and breathing techniques all integrated with mindfulness practise.
The studio is run collectively by a group of like-minded teachers, and we aim for the studio to become the base for a range of community events as well as daily yoga classes.
We teach yoga, movement and meditation that is grounded, down-to-earth, and relevant to our lives in the city. Come and join us for a full weekly timetable of yoga and relaxation classes.
