Boxercise is a safe, effective and fun form of exercise suitable for both sexes, all ages and levels of ability.
Boxercise follows the same fitness methods employed in boxing as closely as possible whilst ensuring the maximum amount of safety and exercise. It is therefore based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit, giving you a total body workout improving agility, endurance & strength.
Gloves and pads available, however you are welcome to bring your own.
