The classes are small and friendly, where you can meet other expectant mothers. The classes help improve your posture, increase strength and stamina. Learn techniques to alleviate common discomforts of pregnancy and learn to feel positive about yourself and your baby. Provides a special time to bond with your baby and learn breathing techniques which will assist you during your pregnancy, labour and beyond.
