Pregnancy yoga for mums-to-be, and experienced mums, from 14 weeks to birth. Come and meet other mums and enjoy an energising and fun yoga class. Classes are taught by Faye Koe a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher, and mum of 2. This class is not just for Earth mothers but for those serious about doing yoga and pushing themselves. Keep fit, and toned while pregnant, and learn tips on how to make your birth as easy as you can, from breathing techniques to developing positions to be in during all stages of labour. A chance to meet other mums-to-be. We always conclude the class with a wonderful relaxation to revitalise you. We hope to see you soon. New Term starts 31/10/16.
