Laura's Mummy & Me postnatal three week course is designed for new Mums who want not only to get back into shape following birth, but also enjoy a practice where your baby is welcome!
The postnatal course will focus on building up your core strength and reducing the recovery time from birth and encouraging your body to regain strength in your back and openness in your shoulders and neck.
Gentle, but strong, the series will steadily work on your core muscle groups whilst your baby enjoys wondering what you're doing!
You must wait at least six weeks after giving birth before attending a postnatal class and we strongly advise getting your Doctor's approval before starting exercise again (of any form) after giving birth.
No previous Yoga experience necessary, this course is unheated and suitable for you to bring your baby too, who will rest at the end of your mat for most of the class, but who will also get to enjoy being involved in the moves.
Please note that there is likely to be some baby-initiated noise in this class!
