Baking classes run by artisan baker Mark Proctor AT REDE HALL FARM.Mark, who runs The Friendly Loaf stall on Bury St Edmunds market, was teaching courses at Stansfield Village Hall for about 16 months.
The bakery is fully equipped and has a range of professional bread ovens making it much easier for students on the courses to produce first class bread. So in future all the classes will be taught at the new bakery.
