Tai Chi Chu'an is an ancient Chinese system of exercise, meditation and self-defence. With it's gentle and harmonious movements it is suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness. it enhances flexibility, respiration and balance, whilst utilising the internal power of the body for healing and meditation and self awareness. Our teacher Martin studies the 103 step Yang Style Tradition and has had first hand tuition from the Yang family from China.Classes available are:
TAI CHI BEGINNERS Wednesday 7.30pm Friday 6.00pm ( 1 hour ) Stay an extra hour once you've got the hang of the basics and move to an Intermediate level. 8 WEEK COURSE – JOIN AT ANY TIME
