Matwork Pilates is a slow exercise class designed to re-align the body,improve posture and strengthens muscles deep into the core of the body.
Because the muscles are being strengthened in a lengthened state it gives the body a longer leaner look and with regular practice.
Pilates improves balance and helps to reduce the risk of injury to the body.
Pilates is not a fatburning exercise ,so warmer clothing will be needed during the colder months.
Pilates classes will be on a course basis helping you master each level to perfection before moving on to the next, Classes are suitable for men as well as women of all ages.
A TOTAL BEGINNERS COURSE MUST BE ATTENDED BEFORE MOVING ON TO THE NEXT LEVEL.
