This is a weekly Tuesday & alternate Fridays lunchtime mindfulness meditation class, but there is no need to book & no pressure to be there every week. Exact dates are on the Soul Nutrition website Events listings. Each class includes a seated and a walking meditation, both of which are guided so are suitable for complete beginners or those wishing to deepen their existing practice. Please arrive at 12:00 so that you have time to get settled into your space and ask any questions that you may have. Chairs will be provided for the seated meditation, or you are welcome to bring your own cushions/stool/mat.
Sessions will be led by Katie Sheen of Soul Nutrition, who has been using mindfulness in her own life for over 16 years. Katie studies in the mindful tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, but these meditations are suitable for those of all faiths or none.
