One Fit Mama offers antenatal and postnatal fitness classes. Our antenatal class is designed to keep you active during pregnancy with a range of safe exercises for your changing body. There is a full warm up, cool down and relaxation at the end of each class so you be assured both you and baby will benefit. Your first class is free so get in touch to book a trial :)
