Relaxed and informative classes for mums and mums-to-be to help strengthen the body and calm the mind in preparation for birth and beyond. My classes are themed around common pregnancy and postpartum ailments, combining gentle stretches with breathing techniques to help restore the body and bring back inner balance.
I am trained by the British Wheel of Yoga, part of Sport England and I have been teaching for many years.
