The class is a combined session of baby yoga (suitable from 6 weeks to crawling) and yoga tailored specifically for new mums. And the best bit if all, a hot – yes, hot – cup of tea or coffee and a bit of a chat…with another adult…whose going through the same stuff you are. Fancy joining us?
