Pregnancy yoga classes give pre-natal ladies the opportunity to develop strength, stamina and confidence.
You will have the opportunity to learn breathing and visualisation techniques that will help you through birth as well as poses for stretching and stamina.
Please note that you need to be 14 weeks pregnant or more to start classes. No previous yoga experience is needed.

Classes cost £30 for a four week block, valid for 5 week period. You can also pay weekly, at £8 a class.
