Buggy circuit classes taught by postnatal exercise specialist. Fun, relaxed and sociable class suitable for all fitness levels. Every mum is checked for a Diastasis Recti (Separation of the abdominal muscles) and pelvic floor health is discussed so that only the best exercises for you are recommended. Mums are welcome to stop and breast/bottle feed during the class. We use a veriety of exercise equipment and the class changes every week. We run in blocks of six, all year round, all weather.
