Parenting is a fun and at times exhausting journey! Pregnancy yoga can help along the way to relax and gently tone your body in preparation for meeting your lovely baby. You will also become part of a friendly community of like-minded women, supporting each other up to birth and beyond.

Never been to a yoga class before? Pregnancy yoga is gentle and suitable for all women post 12 weeks, regardless of flexibility. Come to a class to try it out, drop-in only a tenner. If you like it then four classes can be bought for £30 to be taken over six weeks… So if you're passed out on the sofa after a hectic day or feeling unwell it doesn't matter if you skip a week! Conditions such as carpel tunnel, pelvic girdle pain, back pain, fatigue? Yoga can help to cope with all these symptoms.
Wear something comfortable, like a t-shirt and leggings, and bare feet. Mats and all other equipment provided but please bring your own if you prefer.
