Birthzang runs weekly Pregnancy Yoga class in East Reading
In each class we will practice gentle yoga positions designed for pregnancy to help you stretch and strengthen your body in preparation for birth. We will also learn birth preparation techniques, breathing techniques and finish each yoga class with a deep relaxation. Followed by tea and biscuits and time to chat with other mums after each class.
You can attend the class from 12 weeks in your pregnancy and are for women only. Classes run continuously through term-tome and holidays on a drop-in basis.
