Mum & Baby Yoga classes are suitable from birth and promote postnatal healing to aid recovery from labour, birth and pregnancy. We will also do interactive moves with your baby to ensure this class is for both you and your little one.
Keeping toned but also staying relaxed helps foster good sleeping for both of you.
