This is a great introduction to aerial skills, an exciting and challenging workshop and a great physical workout.
Sessions include warm up exercises, teaching and practice on static trapeze.
Aerial skills help develop strength, physical fitness, co-ordination, spatial awareness and flexibility.
You will learn a variety of moves and transitions, correct technique and safety when using the equipment. You will be encouraged to use your creativity, and to progress in line with your individual abilities and confidence.
What You Should Wear
You should wear something comfortable and stretchy such as leggings or tracksuit bottoms (not shorts) and a tshirt or vest. These should not be too baggy to avoid them getting caught on the equipment. You may also wish to bring a pair of long socks to protect your feet and ankles.
