Reflection Resilience and Relationships is a new program I am offering for adults who want to learn how to make small changes to improve their well-being.
You will learn how to embrace everyday experiences and use them to “take in the good” Instead of being overwhelmed by life's challenges. You will cultivate skills that help you to embrace everyday experiences and feel more balanced, in control, and at peace, no matter what's going on around you.
Using simple mindfulness practices , this step-by-step transformational journey can help you create beneficial, lasting change in your life.

HEAL OLD PAIN and overcome the brain's natural negativity.
Turn passing positive experiences into beneficial, lasting changes.
BE MORE PRESENT by being more fully in the moment and
TAKE BACK CONTROL and Grow inner strengths that help you identify key experiences that help build your path to lasting well-being.
